the entire day, to answer your questions, keep you informed and support you during a highly emotional day.
After Care
Your Funeral Support Manager will contact you to see how you are. If culturally appropriate, we will commemorate your loved one at 40 days and at their
one year memorials.

Could not recommend Victoria Cross enough – I personally made the phone call to Victoria 8:30 on a Saturday night – Victoria was too happy to come and meet with us on that same night – once we met with Victoria she made us all feel so comfortable especially my Mother In law as it was her husband’s funeral we were organising. Victoria listen and comfort my mother in law and ensured all her wishes were meet. By 9am the next morning Victoria had booked everything in for us and continued to ensure everyone in the family were fine and coping with their loss right till the end.
Victoria Cross made us feel like family not a client.
