Victoria Cross funerals was very caring compassionate and understanding to all our needs. They looked after everything with such professionalism. We were caught up with Covid restrictions that were about to come into force and they worked round the clock to move our beloved mother’s funeral before the restrictions came in (which was only 24 hours). They took over the whole situation with no problem, making us feel calm with everything and not rushed or panicky. Everything was done with dignity and class and we were able to give our mother a beautiful send off. Thankyou to the whole team, especially Nicole and Victoria, for your endless support, help, respect, understanding and love that you showed us during such a difficult time.🙏🙏🙏
