I would like to sincerely thank Nicole and the team at Victoria Cross Funerals for their care and attention during such a difficult time. Nicole was able to take charge and help my family make the decisions that were required when we were not thinking clearly and during our difficult time of mourning. Planning a funeral can be a daunting task in itself and Nicole showed us the compassion, patience and understanding that was needed. The attention to detail didn't go unnoticed, she organised it all, from the viewing right through to the wake. My family and I would like to extend our deepest thanks for making the funeral of my father one that we will remember and look back on with fond memories.
