From seeing Vicky at my grandfather's funeral and how she literally was the perfect person for the job, I see why she opened her own service! So compassionate, caring, I actually thought we were somehow related even though I’d known her for years. The way she calmed and soothed all of us who mourned and grieved. The way she gently consoled and helped us all in any way she could.. She made such a hard day for me and my loved ones, less stressful by simply being herself.
