Our sincere condolences to you all. My mother met your dear mum at church and they had the same dr. They last spoke 2 weeks. They had planned to meet outside the medical centre TODAY to exchange cakes as they did at least once a month. They only knew each other 3 yrs I think.
My mother turned up to the medical centre this morning not realising she had passed. The dr told her after she had asked about her. She is so saddened by the news and in shock.
She will miss your mother as they used to talk on the phone. My mother said she was a beautiful soul.
May she rest in peace. May her memory be eternal.
    Xx

Let us remember Paraskevi and share happy memories, on occasion share tears because we miss her presence with us, honour her for the life experiences and lessons she shared with us, be grateful that she no longer is in pain but at peace and the evil one can no longer touch her, she rests in the heart of the earth waiting for her Lord’s return.

Continue to have faith, endurance and courage in the days ahead, we don’t know when Christ will return but we do know that He will; His promises are sure.

Thessalonians 4:13-18. It is the apostle Paul speaking to the church of Thessalonians in Macedonia and he says…

“13 But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen [a]asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. 14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who [b]sleep in Jesus.

15 For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are [c]asleep. 16 For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. 17 Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. 18 Therefore comfort one another with these words.”
